The piano quartet from Damkapellet collective seeks to introduce names and music of female composers with a performance concert for schools - Glemte Stemmer (eng. Forgotten Voices). The performance highlights a number of female composers, from the 12th-century Hildegard von Bingen to the contemporary Finnish composer Kaija Saariaho.

Combining live music, introduction to history, and storytelling, the four musicians give students an inspiring insight into women’s role in the classical music tradition, both in the past and today - and into what the future may hold. The performance has been touring every year since 2018 in Denmark, as well as a cultural exchange trip organized by Swedish Embassy to St. Petersburg and Petrozavodsk in 2019.
